- Pork Ribs and bones - all of it
- Soy Sauce - 3 cups
- Cane Vinegar - 3 cups
- Black Peppercorns
- Bay leaves - 10 pcs (+/-)
- Garlic, crushed - 2 heads
- Water - enough to tenderize the pork
- Dump all the ingredients in a pot and slow cook the meat for at least 1 1/2 hours or until they are fork-tender .
- Add more water as needed and let it simmer until most of the liquids have evaporated living a small amount of oily sauce
