Adobong Buto-Buto Ng Baboy Recipe

  • Pork Ribs and bones - all of it
  • Soy Sauce - 3 cups
  • Cane Vinegar - 3 cups
  • Black Peppercorns
  • Bay leaves - 10 pcs (+/-) 
  • Garlic, crushed - 2 heads
  • Water - enough to tenderize the pork

  1. Dump all the ingredients in a pot and slow cook the meat for at least 1 1/2 hours or until they are fork-tender . 
  2.  Add more water as needed and let it simmer until most of the liquids have evaporated living a small amount of oily sauce
