Lemon Garlic Tilapia Recipe

  • 1 large Tilapia 
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice (you may substitute calamansi) 
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted 
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 
  • 1 tsp dried parsley flakes 
  • salt and pepper to taste

Lemon Garlic Tilapia  Recipe

  1. Wash and pat dry Tilapia (patting the fish dry makes for less oil spatter) 
  2. Make shallow diagonal slices on side of Tilapia 
  3. Mix all other ingredients together and rub on Tilapia 
  4. Marinate for at least 10 minutes 
  5. Bake or fry fish 

  • Bake: Preheat oven at 190 degrees Celsius, bake until cooked (flakes when pulled apart with a fork), about 30 minutes 
  • Fry: Medium high heat until golden brown
