- 2 cups dry roasted salted peanuts
- Prep the ingredients: Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the dry roasted peanuts in the oven for no more than 10 minutes.
- Make the Peanut Butter: Place the peanuts in a food processor while they are still warm. Run the food processor for three minutes. Stop and scrape the sides of the food processor every minute. If you want to add peanut oil or add-in flavors, do this after the 3 minutes. Run the food processor for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer the Peanut Butter: Place the peanut butter in an airtight container and store in the fridge up to seven days.
