- 1/2 can corned beef
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 potato, diced
- cooking oil
- Heat oil in a skillet, fry the diced potato. Set aside.
- Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the fried potato, then the corned beef. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the water (amount according to your preference). Salt to taste.
- Perfectly served with steamy rice.
