Buttered SayoteTops Recipe

  • a bunch of sayote tops, discard the stems and keep the young leaves. Yields about 6 cups of leaves.
  • 1 head garlic, crushed or minced
  • 1/8 cup butter (or more)
  • salt

Buttered SayoteTops Recipe

  1. In a medium pan, heat butter.
  2. add garlic and sweat but do not brown.
  3. add your leaves and toss until leaves are wilted.
  4. Season with salt and pepper of you wish.
  5. Serve immediately.
