- 6-8red potatoes, diced
- 1onion, chopped
- 1 cfresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 pkgsmoked sausage, sliced
- 1/2 lbbacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3/4 stickbutter
- 1 Tbspparsley
- 1/4 tspgarlic salt
- 1/4 tspseasoned salt
- 1/8 tsppepper
- 1 cColby/Monterey Jack shredded cheese
- Melt butter in large skillet. Add potatoes, onion, parsley, salts, and pepper. Let it cook down a little.
- Add sausage, mushrooms, and bacon. Continue to cook until potatoes are tender and browned.
- Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
