- 2 pound of Calamari
- 2 cups flour
- Clean calamari and cut into rings .
- Heat oil to 375 degrees.
- Toss calamari with flour, shake off excess.
- Fry for 3 or 4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges, garlic mayo, and marinara sauce.
