Tokwa't Baboy Recipe



INGREDIENTS:
  • Firm tofu or tokwa
  • Pork
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Green or red chillis
  • Cilantro
  • Soy sauce and/or Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sugar
Tokwa't Baboy Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Fry tofu and cut into cubes of desired size.
  2. Fry pork strips until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Mix cooked tofu and pork then toss with finely chopped garlic, onions and cilantro, finely chopped chillis (optional), vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar.
  4. Set aside until sauce taste is absorbed.
  5. Serve as snack. Best served with goto or arroscaldo.
