Mini Tuna Melt Sliders Recipe

  • 9 slices cocktail sourdough bread
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 2 Bumble Bee Albacore Tuna Pouches {2.5 oz. each}
  • 3 T. mayo
  • 1 t. mustard
  • 1 dill pickle spear, chopped
  • 5 sandwich slices of muenster cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
 Mini Tuna Melt Sliders  Recipe

  1. Preheat your toaster oven or regular oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lay sourdough bread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes or until toasted.
  3. Meanwhile mix together tuna, mayo, mustard, pickles, salt and pepper. Slice the tomatoes.
  4. Place a heaping spoonful of tuna on the toasts, top with a sliced tomato and half of a slice of cheese.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Serve hot or let cool, chill and eat later.
