Fried Fish With Tausi Recipe

  • 8 pcs. Fried fish (mamsa or whatever left over fried fish)
  • 1 small pack of tausi
  • soy sauce
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of brown sugar
  • vinegar
  • minced garlic
  • minced onion
  • 2 cups water
Fried Fish With Tausi Recipe

  1. Rub some salt on your fish and deep fry. Set aside.
  2. Saute onions and garlic.
  3. Add tausi.
  4. Add water.
  5. Add a dash of pepper.
  6. Add 1 tbsp vinegar.
  7. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce.
  8. Add a dash of brown sugar.
  9. Once it boils, turn off the fire and serve on top of the fried fish. Do not overcook the sauce because the tausi will make it very salty.
  10. Best served if the fish is still hot.
