  • 1 kg chicken (serving size)
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • oil for frying
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • peppercorns

  1. place chicken cuts in a wok with all ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes.. move chicken on a strainer, set aside the sauce..
  2. on a pan, heat oil, fry the chicken for 5 minutes.. put back to the sauce and let boil..
  3. sprinkle with fried garlic..
  4. serve with rice..
