Kilawing Talaba (Pickled Oysters Ala Ceviche) Recipe




INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 c. shelled oysters, blanched
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. onions, peeled and chopped
  • 3-5 peppercorns, crushed
  • 1 - 2 tsp. salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients and let stand for about 2 hours. 
  2. Serve cold.
