Birthday Chicken Recipe

  • 8-10 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1-2 packs Budding brand beef
  • bacon - 1 strip for each piece of chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • pepper to taste
Birthday Chicken Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees for longer baking time or 350 for faster
  2. Place a layer of beef in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan
  3. Starting at the smaller end, roll each piece of chicken and wrap it with one piece of bacon
  4. Place rolled chicken on top of beef
  5. In a large bowl mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup
  6. Spoon mixture over chicken
  7. Bake at 275 for 3 hrs or 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours
