- 1/2 kilo beef sirloin sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp calamansi juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- cooking oil
- 1 big onion sliced thinly
- Marinate beef in soy sauce, calamansi, salt, and pepper for about 30 minutes.
- Stir-fry beef until cooked and tender then set aside.
- Saute onion rings in oil then serve them over the beef.
