- a rack of baby back ribs and boil it with
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Mang Tomas
- 5 calamansi juice
- 5 Tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 laurel leaves
- 3-4 Tbsp Banana Catsup
- 2cups water ( dependent on the tenderness of the ribs)
- Cook until tender...Thicken the sauce and coat over the ribs.
- Place on Breville Griller or Charcoal grill to charr the meat for about 5-10 minutes and serve hot.
